CLJ Building Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1984, by owner Anthony Carollo. As owner, Anthony was taught the business from the ground up and has shared his knowledge and expertise in the building trades with all his employees, and sub-contractors. CLJ’s roots are in carpentry, both residential and commercial, which also generates a “hands-on” approach to our projects. In today’s competitive climate, this relationship has formed a tight knit group of people that can offer architects and owners a personalized plan for any sized projects put before them. Having been in business for 40 plus years CLJ has had the opportunity to be part of many projects both large and small, ranging from residential and custom homes to ground up commercial buildings of 330,000 square feet, and most importantly on budget.

· Large pool of sub-contractors, multiples for each phase to ensure competitive/best pricing.
· Capable of all phases of construction, included but not limited to budgeting, pre-con investigation, excavation, concrete, underpinning, site work, steel erection, interior and exterior framing, roofing, rough and finish carpentry, electrical service, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, elevator and escalator installation, all finishes.
